Basic Session — AI & Copilot Foundations
For teams new to AI, or who've had access for a while but never had a proper introduction. Covers what AI actually is, how to tell Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude apart, how to prompt well, and how to stay safe doing it — all through hands-on practice.

For teams already comfortable with the basics. Moves into advanced prompting techniques, using AI agents for research and analysis, and — working in pairs — sketching or building a first custom AI agent for a real use case.
